Gadget
A good Gadget that will really make Angelo good is the Stinging Flight Gadget. It allows Angelo to jump just for a second to either escape enemy attacks or surprise enemies. It can be used to jump over a wall as well. But what makes this Gadget amazing is the fact that it can drain health from any nearby enemy to heal themselves.
Star Power
The best Star Power we can give for Angelo is one that will focus on giving them health when they need it. Empower is a great Star Power because it can heal Angelo. It grants Angelo 600 health per second when Angelo is staying inside the Super. Staying in the Super the entire duration will heal you up to 4800 health.
Gear
Angelo is a long range Brawler with bad health. Taking that into consideration, we have two possible Gears that can work with Angelo. The first being Damage. A great Gear that brings out the best damage output for Angelo as it grants them a 15% damage boost when their health goes below 50%.
The second best Gear for Angelo is Shield. It gives them an extra 900 health shield that adds on top of their health. This makes Angelo less squishy and allows them to keep fighting a little bit longer before having to retreat when health gets low.
