Top Lane League of Legends Champions: Camille
Top Lane did not get many changes during this patch. They mostly saw changes during the start of the season and nothing much afterward.

The recommended build for Brand includes Blackfire Torch, Sorcerer’s Shoes, Malignance, Liandry’s Torment, Rylai’s Crystal Scepter, and Zhonya’s Hourglass. The optimal runes are Sorcery (Primary) with Arcane Comet (Keystone), and Precision (Secondary). The best Summoner Spells for this build are Flash and Teleport. Starting items should include Doran’s Ring, Health Potion, and Stealth Ward. Jungle: Karthus
Blackfire Torch has made the Jungle Lane the best LOL Champions in the game. The Jungle League of Legends champions are incredibly strong right now and can clear through hordes in no time.
Karthus is the best Jungler at the moment. Karthus is incredibly good at clearing as is. Blackfire Torch makes it easy for him to get Fated Ashes. Karthus Jungle is currently considered one of the strongest picks, with a win rate of 52.79% in LoL Patch 14.10, placing it in the S+ Tier. The recommended item build includes Blackfire Torch, Sorcerer’s Shoes, Malignance, Liandry’s Torment, Shadowflame, and Rabadon’s Deathcap. For runes, the most effective choice is Domination (Primary) with Dark Harvest (Keystone), and Precision (Secondary). The suggested Summoner Spells for this build are Smite and Exhaust. ADCs: Corki

Support: Thresh
Supports have not gotten many changes in this patch either. The Meta is still the same.
Thresh is the best Support in this patch as they can take on the ADCs efficiently. He can act as both a range and close engagement support. The ADCs usually take on enhancers but THresh can easily take care of them. Thresh Support is ranked S+ Tier and has a 51.02% win rate in LoL Patch 14.10.
We recommend: Plated Steelcaps, Locket of the Iron Solari, Celestial Opposition, Frozen Heart, Zeke’s Convergence, and Thornmail. For runes, the strongest choice is Resolve (Primary) with Aftershock (Keystone), and Inspiration (Secondary). The optimal Summoner Spells for this build are Flash and Ignite. Starting items should include World Atlas, Health Potion, and Stealth Ward. Thresh’s Best Support matchups include Yuumi, Ziggs, and Malphite. Thresh’s Best Support counters are Anivia, Morgana, and Annie.
