GTA Online: What Is the Agents of Sabotage Update?
As mentioned, it is the current big update in GTA Online, and it could also be one of the last big updates that we might receive, considering the launch of GTA 6 in 2025.
Agents of Sabotage gives you access to new missions, cars, weapons, and a lot more. You will primarily be working with two characters, Pavel and Jodi Marshall.
Jodi Marshall is a former FIB agent; along with a grudge against her former employers, Jodi also has backdoor access to the FIB Files and joins hands with Pavel and you. Imagine the destruction she can now create!
Throughout this update, the Darnell Bros. Garment Factory is going to be our new HQ. Yes, it is the same factory from GTA V, owned by Lester Crest, from where we used to plan and execute heists. What better place than this factory to once again get back to the business?
GTA Online: How to Start Agents of Sabotage?
Once you’re done downloading the update, log into GTA Online. You will soon receive a phone call from Pavel; make sure to answer it and follow his instructions.
You will be asked to purchase the Darnell Bros. Factory to carry on these missions. You can purchase it through the Maze Bank Foreclosures website and it is going to cost you $2,350,000.
If you don’t have $2.35 million, then make sure to earn that amount first; heists are a great way to earn money in GTA Online.

Along with these, you also gain access to underground pathways that let you quickly travel through the city. Very convenient, isn’t it?
Thanks to Jodi, you now have a few new upgrades to the Terrorbyte:
- Collectible Scanner ($1.29 mil): scans and reveals nearby collectibles.
- Master Control Terminal ($500k): Manage vehicle storage, your businesses, and cargo from inside Terrorbyte.
- Missile Lock-On Jammer ($425k): Players cannot lock onto your vehicle.
- Silent Running ($425k): Hides Terrorbyte and player’s blip for other players from both radar and the map.
Agents of Sabotage: List of Missions
As of now, there are four FIB Files available in Agents of Sabotage:
- The Brute Force File
- The Black Box File
- The Fine Art File
- The Project Breakaway File
Key Points About the FIB Files:
Missions from this content update are called files, so do not get confused—both files and missions mean the same.
You can access these files through the Darnell Bros. base of operation or from the mobile app.
Each of these missions is divided into four parts, out of which 3 are setup missions, and the fourth one is a finale.
All file setups will cost you $20,000 each but will give you a handsome payout of around $150,000.
Each of these files comes with 3 additional challenges, which are completely optional, but finishing these challenges will grant you additional rewards.
Every week, one of these 4 files will be marked as “Priority.” Completing that file/mission will grant you double the normal payout.
There is also a $50,000 bonus for first-time completion.
Also, as a part of this content update, 18 vehicles and 1 new weapon have been added.

This is the current and updated information about vehicles from the r/gtaonline subreddit. A lot of new vehicles might be added in the future, so this is not the full and final list.

RUNE Cheburek, Karin Futo, and Dinka Jester Classic are now eligible for Drift Tune conversions.
El Strickler is the new weapon added as a part of this content update—it is an assault rifle. This is a military-grade rifle and comes with an extended clip, blue tracer rounds, a blue-tinted flashlight, and a scope. The weapon has a gold and blue exterior.
The price of this weapon is unknown. It will be available for all players in January 2025; however, players with a GTA+ subscription can claim it for free from the Gun Van for a limited time.
As of now, only one new weapon has been added as a part of Agents of Sabotage.
