Gnome #1
The first Gnome location is in the Holly Hedges house which is in the middle of the area. Turning to the right from the front door will lead you to the living room of the house. From there you should find the Gnome Fortnite staring up close to the TV. Feel free to continue checking the houses until you find the right one with the Gnome inside, but you should be able to find this one fairly quick.
Gnome #2
After finding the first Gnome Fortnite in one of the Holly Hedge houses, you can quickly go ahead and pick up this one that is just east on the map. You will find a large tree with the Gnome staring into its trunk. This one can be a little harder to find due to it being in the woods where everything might look similar to each other, so try and use the Fortnite map to locate it as best you can. This can cause a lot of backtracking or getting lost, so pay close attention to where you are to not wander too far off track.
Gnome #3
Southeast of Holly Hedges and the location of the second Gnome Fortnite, you can head to Weeping Woods. Depending on how quickly you find the previous Fortnite Gnomes, the Storm might already be taking over this area or be close to it. If so, go ahead and just wait for the next match. Otherwise, the Gnome will be found on a bridge staring out at the lake. This lake is found behind the large blue lake house.
Gnome #4
South of Misty Meadows can the fourth Gnome be found. This location is much closer to the edge of the Fortnite map, so you will have a better chance of getting this Gnome by landing close to Misty Meadows rather than traveling to it to avoid the Storm. The Gnome Fortnite can be found in a small house and next to a bathtub in a small and empty room.

Just east of Misty Meadows, you can find the 5th Gnome up in the snowy mountains. Be careful when traveling up here as you will need to grab the Fortnite Gnome quickly before the Storm takes the location over. The Fortnite Gnome is found behind a house near the top of the mountain. The gnome will have its head stuck inside of the snow underneath some solar panels, so keep a close eye out.

Northwest of Lazy Lake you must travel to find this cliffside next to a beautiful cliffside. You will know if it is the right cliffside not just from the look of the waterfall but also if it is next to a large bridge. Carefully jump down onto the cliff to see the gnome staring over the edge. You might have to break the tree to get a better view and to grab the Fortnite Gnome.

In between the Frenzy Farm and Dirty Docks, you can travel until you find a circle of rocks right next to a river. In the middle of this circle, you will find a campfire where the Gnome Fortnite will be standing in front of one of the seats. The best way to find this Fortnite Gnome is to follow the river until you come across this area.
Gnome #8
South of Steamy Sacks right across the river, you can find the 8th Gnome underneath a large metal pylon. This Gnome is a lot easier to find compared to the other Fortnite Gnomes mentioned previously. However, pay attention to the Storm depending on how far you are into your Fortnite Battle Royale match due to how close this area is to the edge of the map.

In between Craggy Cliffs and the Steamy Stacks at the northeast point of the Fortnite map, you should find the Golem underneath a beach umbrella on the shore. As mentioned before, pay attention to the Storm, however, you may be able to quickly grab this Gnome Fortnite after achieving the one south of Steamy Sacks if you are quick enough.

Finally, we reach the final 10th Gnome located at the back of Craggy Cliffs. Back there you should find a small building that works as a shop. Find the cash registrar in the kitchen room to find the Fortnite Gnome there. This one might be a little confusing to find, so just try to look through multiple buildings until you come across the right one.
